Nicole has spent 17 years at Mt. Auburn as a receptionist, and we could not be luckier to have her as the face that greets our patients. She loves getting to know patients and their families, and people are her passion. Learn more about her!
A native of Northern Kentucky, Nicole is a big Kentucky Wildcats fan along with her husband who attended the University of Kentucky. Though Nicole and her husband attended the same high school, they didn’t meet until after they graduated. They have two daughters, an eight year old and a two year old, and Nicole loves to spend time with her family enjoying the outdoors, swimming and watching her eight year old daughter participate in gymnastics.
When Nicole came in for her interview at our practice, she says she knew it was the place for her due to the friendly, helpful atmosphere. She has always wanted to work in healthcare and strives to make every patient feel special by maintaining a positive demeanor. She knows many of the patients by their first names and the names of many of the babies that were delivered by Mt. Auburn!
Nicole’s favorite part of her job is getting to see people she knows on a day-to-day basis from all the relationships she’s fostered with everyone who walks through the door. When she’s away from Mt. Auburn, she enjoys the show Grey’s Anatomy, romantic comedies and spending time with her family and friends.
